This business began after working with and being trained by a second generation window cleaner from Skagit county. Not long after that I had the opportunity to purchase his few Whatcom county accounts and start ABriteWay. The business name was kept basically the same though changing A-Brite-way to ABriteWay. To add to the confusion there is also a window business "Briteway". Yes, knowing what I know now, I would have preferred to use a different name to avoid the confusion.
Since its inception there has been steady growth. Most of the increase has came by the kind word of mouth of my many customers. As basic as window cleaning appears we've enjoyed the process of finding better equipment, tools, and methods that make the job quicker, easier or a better finished product.
After all these years I still enjoy the business aspect as well as the hands on cleaning of windows. Employees have been a part of the business almost since the beginning. I've been fortunate to have had many great players on this team. The challenge finding great people and training them keeps it interesting and rewarding.
